| 2009-04-24 The Volvo Ocean Race 2008-2009, the world’s toughest sailing event, provided Ericsson with an unrivalled opportunity to meet with customers and partners in key growth markets around the globe. Ericsson participated with two boats. One of them, named Ericsson 4, was the winner of the race while the other boat came in fourth place. The boats reached the final stop of the race, St Petersburg, in the end of June. |
